INVALID_OFFER_ID | CIBIL provided Onefin Code is invalid. (Contact us typically it won’t come). |
DUPLICATEPARTNER CUST_CODE | This ID already exist with some different Customer. |
SSN_EXISTS | The Customer is already exist with different ID please send the correct ID. |
CUSTOMER_LOCKED | The Customer is locked in the CIBIL database. Please contact us for this issue. |
FAILURE/Faliure | Generic failure. It will come if customer’s data is invalid. |
NO_HIT | If the bureau cannot find a credit report that matches the consumerI. Please provide the valid data of the customer. |
SERVICE_ERROR/ ServerError | Generic service error. It will come if customer data invalid or OTP is invalid or if CIBIL faces some issue. |
PARTNER_CUST_CODE_NOT_FOUND | No consumer is enrolled with the id sent in request. Please check the data and send it again. |
CHALLENGE_NOT_INPROGRESS | Customer IV status(IV status is equal to theStage Choices ) is not success and the partner is trying to pull a report. Please authenticate the customer. Please authenticate the customer and then try to pull the report. |
LEGAL_COPY_NOT_FOUND | If the user_concent does not send true then the LegalCopyStatus as “Reject”. Consumer must accept legal copy. |
INVALID_AUTH_DATA | If Partner sends Aadhaar/Universal ID in FulfillOffer. Failure of "Aadhaar/Universal ID type not allowed" is returned. |
NO_USER_CONSENT_TO_SHARE_DATA | If the value in request for UserConsentForDataSharing is "false". Consumers must accept consent to share data with the partner. |
